Tha Ishaan Khatter, Ananya Pandey action drama “Khaali Peeli” that was released on OTT platform Zee Plex on 2nd October will now release on big screens on October 16th.
The decision to release this film was taken after the government gave its approval for the theatres to open on October 15th.
Last week, Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar announced standard operating protocols (SOP) for cinema halls, stating that halls would be allowed to function with only 50% occupancy. Single screens and multiplexes were closed in March owing to the Covid lockdown.
