Major is a biopic of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who led a commando operation in Hotel Taj Mahal to flush out the terrorists.
The film is produced by Sony Pictures Films India in association with GMB Entertainment and A+S Movies and Directed by Sasikiran Tikka. The shooting of the movie is almost complete and the film will be released in 2021.
Adivi Sesh is playing the role of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan. Saiee Manjrekar, daughter of popular actor and filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar will be playing as one of the female leads in the movie. Adivi Sesh has tweeted, “An amazing role with intensity and innocence in equal measure, she will join the film Late Oct.”
