Story: Ajay (Mahesh Babu) is a military officer who works for the Indian Army. During a rescue operation, one of his team members gets fatally injured because of which he is not able to attend his sister’s wedding. Ajay goes to Kurnool to break the news to his team mates mother Bharathi (Vijaya Shanthi). But when Ajay lands in Kulnool he learns that Bharathi’s family is being threatened by the local MLA Nagendra (Prakash Raj). How he rescues the family forms the crux of the story.
Review: With Sarileru Neekevvaru, the Director has brought back the old Mahesh Babu. There is drama, emotion and abundant comedy in the movie. Mahesh Babu comic timings are perfect. Rashmika Mandanna, Rao Ramesh, Rajendra Prasad have contributed their role to the comedy element in the movie. Vijaya Shanthi is seen acting after a long time and has done justice to her role as a straight-forward and honest professor. Devi Sri Prasad gave superb backgroundscore and music to the movie. Songs are good. On the whole, this movie definitely is an entertainer for the family. Worth watching on big screens.
